I watched Hardcore Henry recently. A male character tells 2 female characters to calm down. They responded exactly as you would expect. The funny part was the subtitles were designed to be "in on the joke" where the text stacks rapidly on top of itself into an illegible mess exactly as they start yelling at him over each other making them impossible to understand by listening either.

I run a server for my family and have no idea why you would think Jellyfin can't do that. Client devices are way more of a problem for force transcoding and codec support than the server ever has been.
