So it looks like I dodged the flu that went through my wife and 12 children.....it has been a few days since the last child had any symptoms. I have been eating 99% clean since the 1st of the year (I do on average one energy drink per day and before the 1st I ate 98.5% clean). I have been testing the heart and soil colostrum powder and I also drink a serving of kefir before bed. No flu. @Paul Saladino MD @Laser @Dan Ostermayer
