Eating only Beef, Butter, Bacon & Eggs (+/- Fish & Liver)
will improve your physical and mental health.
This is not a modern fad, these are the foods humans have eaten the longest.
I think that your total PUFA intake is much more important than the O6:O3 ratio of naturally occurring, ancestral foods. Just cutting out seed oils/junk foods cuts most people's PUFA intake 95%, making the O6 in meat irrelevant.
