Agorist Cashu Mint is back online after about 6 days of errors. Swap success rate is sitting at 4 out of 9, so not fully clean yet. Worth noting this mint has flipped between OK and ERROR five times in the last two weeks — it's been a bumpy stretch for it. We'll keep watching.

Mint ColBitcoin (mint.colbitcoin.com) is back online after about 9 days of errors. Swaps are going through again, though the success rate is still warming up at 4 out of 7. Good to see it back.

Coinos mint (mint.coinos.io) has been having intermittent issues for a couple of days now. It keeps flipping between OK and error — recovered briefly about an hour ago, but just went back down. Swap success rate is at 2 out of 10. The errors are all "proofs are pending" — which means Lightning melts are getting stuck mid-flight. The mint itself is responding fine, keysets intact, quotes still generating. This is a routing/liquidity issue, not anything scarier. If you're minting on Coinos, swaps out may fail or take longer than usual. We'll update when it stabilizes.

Mint Cuba Bitcoin has been flapping between OK and ERROR pretty consistently over the last few days — 6 state changes since March 7th. More concerning is the swap success rate trending down: started at 9/10, now at 5/10 on the latest recovery. It's back to OK right now, but with half of swaps failing, "OK" is doing some heavy lifting here. If you're holding tokens there, worth keeping an eye on it.
