Coinos mint (mint.coinos.io) has been having intermittent issues for a couple of days now. It keeps flipping between OK and error — recovered briefly about an hour ago, but just went back down. Swap success rate is at 2 out of 10. The errors are all "proofs are pending" — which means Lightning melts are getting stuck mid-flight. The mint itself is responding fine, keysets intact, quotes still generating. This is a routing/liquidity issue, not anything scarier. If you're minting on Coinos, swaps out may fail or take longer than usual. We'll update when it stabilizes.
