The BTC economy29d agoCurrently in Venlo, the Netherlands and experiencing a big cultural shock. They celebrate something called "carnival" which is basically a giant gathering with local songs, lots of beers and full on dress up.
The crazy part is that everyone participates from the young kids all the way to the very retired member of society.
