She has no idea, but her government - having sold itself to banks and corporations - is already hard at work stealing her wealth, and convincing her that corporatization will benefit humanity, and that she can trust other people with her money. After the economy is destroyed and the ability to generate any kind of meaningful wealth has been eliminated for the vast majority, she will be demonized for buying houses and cars she could afford, and saving for her kids' future. Meanwhile, those same banks and corporations will spend their wealth convincing the impoverished future population that the fault lies with an older generation they weren't able to steal as much from.
