Deleting social media accounts is one of the single best thing I've ever done for my quality of life. Not just removing the apps from my phone but actually deleting the accounts.

31st birthday today, celebrating with friends & family. One amazing wife & three beautiful children. So many great people in my life. Thankful to have parents, siblings, & in laws to talk with. Also, golfed 9 holes for the first time in 2026 yesterday.. 75 degrees & sunny here in Charlotte 😎
