Likewise. Creatine is a game changer when facing sleep deprivation. Rather than just turning yourself into a psychopath drinking too much coffee, take 1-3 tsp of creatine next time you find yourself in this boat. It was weird how effective it was.
Definitely more than you'd want on a daily basis though. I usually leave it at 1 tsp a day with the rest of my electrolyte blend (magnesium glycinate, potassium chloride, calcium lactate, and himalayan pink salt).
Also a game changer was realizing how much cheaper bulk electrolytes are compared to the premade blends. making it taste palatable isn't totally trivial but it's worth turning into a mad scientist to save the sats.
