Laser4d agoBialetti is iconic but aluminum.
I had their stainless bottom unit, but the top is soft aluminum. Will leach badly.

Laser4d ago1. Cold brewing in glass.
2. Pourover via glass/ceramic/titanium vessel.
These are the only present realistic options AFAICT. Cold brew is far in the lead. Especially done directly in milk.
