2. Pourover via glass/ceramic/titanium vessel.
These are the only present realistic options AFAICT. Cold brew is far in the lead. Especially done directly in milk.

🥚4d agoPlus coldbrew is less acidic (I can't really drink hot brewed coffee) and has better flavor IMO.
