1. Cold brewing in glass. 2. Pourover via glass/ceramic/titanium vessel. These are the only present realistic options AFAICT. Cold brew is far in the lead. Especially done directly in milk.

Plus coldbrew is less acidic (I can't really drink hot brewed coffee) and has better flavor IMO.
