Ask yourself why you hold the opinion for 1 and 2. Are they actually reasonable? Ecash is just software and another tool in the toolbox. Lightning IS retarded. Ecash is the solution you want unless you wanna pull yourself up by your bootstraps and run your own lightning node. Beggers can't be choosers. Web apps aren't sketchy inherently.
