if you feel like you are rushing and it's thrown you off balance, stop everything and meditate. do deep breathing for a couple of minutes. relax your body. take pauses to slow down. slowing down makes one move faster as it opens the mind to solutions and limits mistakes that have to be fixed later on. people fear slowing down and jack up their nervous system. to move faster over time, slow down 🐢 it also makes it easier ro enjoy the now.
