@primal peeps. #nostr protocolers. So I have this book I have been writing for 7 years. It's a collection of short stories, each with art (al digitall composite images pre AI) and a soundtrack. I have never released a single story. I just can't seem to bare the idea of putting it out into the world for some reason. But I was thinking to release at least some of it here. Where should I do it? Am I supposed to do it on a longform client or something? Or is on here or @Nostria good for it? Questions...

I notice on @primal that I always have to check my relays and every time they are blocked. Then I restor defaults, it takes about 2-3 minutes and the light up, then it takes another while for it to show new notes are alerts. Anyone else on #primal having this problem? I do t have it with other clients, only here.

I love watching things grow. How they take shape, what gets added and taken away along the trail. I've been on the @Nostria wagon train for a few months now and have seen some of the cool functionality take hold in that time. Little things that are big to me like @SondreB adding the "note to self" function to the app. Being a dev, he could easily hide away from it all, but he doesn't seem to and that alone is something refreshing I notice about #nostr in general so far. Some of the nPubs like @Angor or @CYPHERMUNK HOUSE | LONDON etc I would never expect to notice a comment from me, yet they do. I am just some DJ/producer who moonlights in the codeverse when I can. I have 30 followers and fuck knows why any of them took interest, but I'm certainly stoked to have them, whoever they are. This post from the founder of Nostria is what it's all about for me. Though I may be responding on a different client, that is simply a result of finding it here first. Another thing I love about Nostr, cross platform. I can't actually imagine what a post like this from Zuck would look like. I'm not really trying to shit on the guy or FB, but it's so foreign an idea to me. FaceHook to me has always been a weird experience. It's strange to be inside of something that you cannot in any way communicate with in a traditional sense. I can't lodge a complaint, I can't ask for functionality or say "what the fuck? You took away the only thing that made this product worth a shit to me!" There is no one in there, only you and the other captive products who's lives are packaged not too dissimilar from your own. So seeing a founder post about why they do it, what it's all about to them. That to me is a window in to what Nostr is right now and will hopefully remain. I want Sonder to "make enough money to do this for a very long time" as he put it in this post. I get this feeling that if he does, he will be living his best life by simply continuing to do what he loves and giving #nostrheads a solid social offering - one where you know who is behind the curtain. I dont know him, we have never met. So this isn't a nepotism qoute-post. I just like the product so far and want to see it continue and gain ground. Cheers to Nostria and Nostr as a whole. It's frustrating for me that nostr clients like @Fountain and @Wavlake have email walls set up around them. Straight up, I didn't come here to replicate my experience from web 2.0. We don't need analogues of existing systems. I did it with wavlake and I am on the fence now feeling like I regret it. That alone is a shitty feeling as an artist. Did I do the wrong thing for me as the creator? Did I really wanted this release tied to existing systems? It's a distraction from my creative flow honestly. It just feels energetically shitty being tied to that paradigm. Why do you need my email? If you have a newsletter or something you want to push, just ask people. I would gladly spin up an anon email pointing to mine so I see what you want to promote. At my core I am here to support. Why didn't I just do that in the first place you ask? They don't accept them so far and I was tired of wasting time entering them in and getting denied. I might pull down the release and wait until a client comes around who I can sign into with nos2x with... @SondreB is this a functionality you plan to have available on @Nostria? or is the plan to pull in from wavlake and fountain?
