Been using my @daylightco DC-1 for two months or so.
To my surprise, I find myself using it heavily during the day over my other devices whereas I expected to mostly use it in the evening.
Extremely happy taking a chance on it. Very polished, especially for version 1 hardware
Started carrying with one in the pipe a few months ago. Now feels natural and not a big deal.
There was an initial hesitation about having a loaded pistol pointed near my junk but if I can't trust the gun not to fire without a trigger pull I shouldn't be carrying it.
I’ve been made aware of the fact that there are actually some bitcoiners buying $MSTR instead of bitcoin.
They haven’t lost the plot; they’ve never had it in the first place. Bitcoin is money.
This is the first bull cycle where I have no desire to celebrate. I’m starting to become agitated and annoyed. Not angry yet, thank god. But this isn’t a place I’ve found myself for a long time so it’s concerning.
Bitcoin has been one of the only consistent things in my life for the last 13 years. I’ve taken for granted the comfort offered by the hope that there was an actual path to nuking the state’s control over money, neutering the entire organism in the process. Real libertarian praxis. It was a revolution baby.
Today our battle cries have become catch phrases and empty prayers to some forgotten deity. Many know the words and repeat them zealously, but precious few internalize them and even fewer live by them.
I’m not sure what the point of this post is but all I know is that there’s a culture war brewing in bitcoin and those of us who actually believe in this liberty shit need to win.
