I'm very grateful that I had this spend at that time, but the reporting on the crypto transactions for 2025, even with the help of a tracking software and me reconciling it, still took hours to get input properly into the tax software. It was an absolute nightmare. I really want nothing to do with bitcoin or crypto after that experience. It was worse in 2025 than it was in 2024, by far.
