26 weeks later, swim season is done! Everyone gets a break for 3 weeks before running the playbook all over again. Only 66 girls in her age bracket qualified and swam at least one event in the state championships. Alex locked up 9 state medals in 11 events. She came into it just hoping for 1 in individual events and walked away with 5. She also got a Zone time and missed zone in 4 events by a fraction. This summer will be a fun one!
