Started making my own granola and am absolutely happy with the results and taste! Growing and producing my own food is incredibly important to me and I always search for new ways to use the products we produce on our own land: For these two varieties of granola I used both our @SweetSats honey and @SweetSats maple syrup: one slightly sweeter version with almonds, vanilla extract and our maple syrup— and one more hearty variety with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, cacao nibs and our honey. Grateful to have so many food producers on nostr and their awesome products to complement for the ones we are not able to produce/grow ourselves. For these batches I used @Bitcoin Beans cacao nibs and organic vanilla extract we brought from @Gabi while in @Bitcoin Jungle Costa Rica. 🙏
