It was a busy weekend, had my teenage son all weekend for the first time in almost a year, took the three older kids to a skating rink birthday party while @Michelle had some quality alone time with Itty Bitty on Saturday, and Sunday I tried balancing working on a website for the area ham club and spending time with Itty Bitty. Good morning #nostriches and happy #coffeechain, don’t worry I’m still here and kickin. Been a busy few weeks between family and the fiat world. Had our hopes up with the weather breaking for about a week, but snow and ice are back… it’s Michigan so it’ll probably flirt and tease us back and forth till middle of May. Not sure what I’m going to necessarily do with it yet besides not have to constantly refer to the frequency chart to make sure I’m staying in my lanes on the hf bands as a noob, but I’m sure I’ll do something. Looking forward to some warmer temperatures after today, I saw the weatherman is predicting low 50s a couple days next week… it is Michigan though and all the weathermen lie to us, but hopefully we get out of the freezing weather soon. Michelle keeps eyeing our seeds and we are contemplating when to start some under the grow lights… last time we had a winter/spring like this, they had to sit under the grow lights for almost 3 months… oh well, it is what it is. !!!! FISHING ATTEMPT!!! Got a phone call of an automated recording saying that there was an attempt to change my email on @strike today. It told me to press 1 if it was not me, then said customer service would contact me soon. I immediately called strike support and they called me back within minutes and had me verify myself by clicking the verification push they sent me through the actual app, they verified it was not them and verified my email was accurate and told me to block the number that called me. About 20 minutes later someone with an accent called me from an 800 number claiming to be strike security services…. Beware! Not that I keep much on strike, still don’t want to lose any sats by stupid shit.
