Due to fundamental security weaknesses in Telegram's design specifically, these impersonators can appear indistinguishable from legitimate accounts, including using realistic names, handles, profile photos, and operating inside expected groups. Important: • OCEAN staff will not initiate meetings using Zoom • We will never ask you to install meeting software• We will never ask you to run commands (unless you've specifically asked for support) • We will never ask for Bitcoin or any form of payment Do not engage with anyone making these requests, even if they appear legitimate.
