Any dream interpretation experts out there? I’ve been having dreams every night that are very specific to what I’m doing the next day (plans, tasks, etc), but everything is transpiring in the worst possible way. What the hell does that mean? And how do I get it to stop!! I don’t want to wake up stressed!!

Fear based dreams. Take their power away by being accepting of them.

Are you running knots or CoreV30? How much time each day are you staring directly into to sun?

Are you praying before bed and when you wake up to be filled with love and protected by light and releasing any and all fears and negative energy to God to transmute? It works for me. 🩷 When I remember to do it. Multiple times a day. LOVE you my soul brother

Sometimes the brain just puts out junk. Your reticular activation system makes it feel real. That’s why you wake up feeling stressed from the dream. Detach from the outcome. You’re stressing over things happening a certain way. Let go of the outcome. Relax before bed, meditate, or do some yoga nidra to help you LET GO.

Starr journaling before bed. Briaindump the things you are thinking about that are clearly stressing you. Get them out so your brain stops obsessing over them

it sounds like you are either excited or thinking a lot about your work that it goes into your dream state. Stress and overthinking can be one of the causes. So self-hypnosis or meditation 1 hour before bed will help. I'd recommend, to practice journaling, write down everything that you want to do the nxt day, what is bothering you, let it all out. That will help your brain unload stuff. If you haven't tried meditation, stare a candle light and focus on it and your brwathing. It will get you to a calm statebfor 10-15 mins. Avoid social media or scary films before bed time. It will raise your stress level. Lastly, make an intention to get a sound sleep. I hope it helps and enjoy your dreams. ☺️🫂
