it sounds like you are either excited or thinking a lot about your work that it goes into your dream state. Stress and overthinking can be one of the causes. So self-hypnosis or meditation 1 hour before bed will help. I'd recommend, to practice journaling, write down everything that you want to do the nxt day, what is bothering you, let it all out. That will help your brain unload stuff. If you haven't tried meditation, stare a candle light and focus on it and your brwathing. It will get you to a calm statebfor 10-15 mins.
