#asknostr I don't follow MicroStrategy too closely. So my question is... Has Saylor came out and said what the end goal is for the stack they accumulate? OK, they're borrowing to buy BTC, and then keep going and going. Fine. To push the stock valuation. Fine again. And then there's the yield. Okokok... But what's the point to this? Is it just horde cash and borrow to horde more? I mean... Is there an Act 3? Where does this end up?

Eventually they’ll break up the company or convert it to a pure financial vehicle. There’s always an exit, but it doesn’t have to go bust

Its probably my opinion mixed with what I've heard from saylor and the general people who follow it. I think you're asking the wrong frame of the question. You're asking what's the goal of accumulating money is. If you put it in dollar terms, what's googles goal for accumulating all the dollars they've collected? They have all these costs of running a business like payroll and capital borrowing costs what are they going to do with all that money? Mstr is just doing it with bitcoin

Obvious end goal is obvious; Strategy being the largest company on Earth, collapsing the fiat bubble. 🤙

Decent perspective. Yeah... I get your point. But Google builds stuff. So value is created in exchange of products for cash. What is mstr's product? Their stock valuation? That's more of my point. So, you've hoarded all the bitcoin. OK. Congrats. Now what?

Mstr and strc are the products. It'd financial products for 2 types. Mstr is leveraged bitcoin volitility. Traders people who want a higher beta bitcoin, etc , the covertable loan people want this Strc is for cashflow people who don't want voliitility Retirees, medium term capital, etc, The difference is that their value creation isn't products and services, Its a financial product

OK. So Microatrategy's mission is too... Hoard debt to buy BTC in order for its stock price to move adjacent to BTC, with leverage/multiplier. OK. And then to offer a 10% fiay cash yield on another fund. So it's a leveraged ETF and a 10% yield. 🧐

Sorta except its not trying target 1 to 1 bitcoin price that you would expect or legally require from a etf. Above my pay grade to say what they'll pivot into but I don't think collecting a cache of bitcoin opportunistically while shorting fiat while having optionliry to find new ways to get more bitcoin or ways to use said bitcoin is a bad bet.
