Mstr and strc are the products.
It'd financial products for 2 types.
Mstr is leveraged bitcoin volitility. Traders people who want a higher beta bitcoin,etc , the covertable loan people want this
Strc is for cashflow people who don't want voliitility
Retirees, medium term capital, etc,
The difference is that their value creation isn't products and services,
Its a financial product
