Sounds like a good gig. Don’t promise too much initially is all I can say - it’s always more work than meets the eye. Pinpoint the current issues with them, make a time line to sort, cost it up in terms of hours/day rate. Only suggestions mind you. Hopefully others here can give you their perspective too.
