This was around 3 lbs of ground chuck, a half an onion (it needed more probably a whole med onion), a bunch of spinach (probably 10 stems), 12 oz matchstick carrots (because I'm lazy), and 6-8 cloves of garlic. Chop the veggies in the foodprocessor then sautee them with a little salt. Ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, seasonings (salt & pepper, ground coriander, and smoked paprika went in today), worcestershire sauce, and veggies all get mixed up and put in your pan. Mix 1 cup-ish ketchup, 1-2 tsp dijon mustard, and 3 tsp balsamic for a topping - I mix this to taste. 350ยฐ until it's cooked through, these took 15 minutes in a muffin tin. ๐Ÿ“ cb15403dโ€ฆ

I am so going to make this. I just figured out meatballs, and you're pretty much describing how I made those. So if I just put that in a pan I can make cake! I was missing the frosting though, very important.
