g18d agoMy great frustration regarding the AI discourse is that over the last 2 decades silicon valley’s greatest innovations have been to feed us a never ending supply of slop content and getting an immigrant to bring us food.
But this time is different, something big is happening.
We have to trust them as information overlords, they are bringing us AGI and utopia.
Surely we can believe these people.

They are genuinely impressive, but imo coding is sort of the low hanging fruit of LLM application and not the harbinger of white collar jobs as some propose.
