A little bloom never hurts. It occurs mostly just during transport because of the temperature changes. It’s really no big deal. Shipping chocolate is a tricky thing. Give it a rest

Shipping is definitely a stress test, but a rock solid temper is the best insurance there is for bloom to not happen during shipping. It locks those fats in place so the structure doesn't break down on the delivery truck/ mail warehouse. If you skip the temper, you’re basically making the product more susceptible to blooming during shipping. Besides, no one wants a gritty, waxy mouthfeel anyways for chocolate. ..and im not spending sats on anything less than the best experience possible.
