I just discovered that @JCM is working on a [@wafrn](https://app.wafrn.net/fediverse/blog/wafrn ) mobile app for @fec03e06…9c231098! https://git.jcm.re/jcm/wafbuntu-client

Those are the ones I found in my backup of my Ubuntu Touch. They are a tiny bit out of date, but not too much. I don't use Ubuntu Touch anymore (because I encountered some issues and too many annoyances), so development on Wafbuntu slowed down quite a bit. However, I still plan to implement a few more features once I get the time to do so.

oh wow thank you! Would you be interested in showing it off or talking about the process of building it in person at a fediverse meetup I host here in Berlin?

That does sound cool! However, I don't know how much Fediverse-related stuff I would be able to say. Most of that is handled by Wafrn. Wafbuntu does very little more than fetching and displaying the data Wafrn provides. Also, Wafbuntu is still far from feature complete. You can mostly just view posts, interact with them and create text-only posts.

its a very informal event I have been doing, so you could talk about it how ever you wanted, it doesn't need to be too technical. I have had a bunch of different people who are working on various fediverse things come and present or discuss stuff. last time we had @e0501450…d3811170 talk about their project fedify, and then before that had someone come talk about a pixelfed CVE they found. I have only had one person come talk about a mastodon client app @12e148d7…d6dc970e so far.
