Ok but you're not explaining what you disagree with, and why you think Elon is wrong. As far as I'm aware the logic checks out, the atmosphere reduces the solar radiation that makes it to earth. Since space is more vast, we wouldn't have to worry about plotting land that could be better utilized for another purposes like farms, or a parking lot. We already have plenty of satellites in space doing the same thing communicating with earth 24/7. If we have small portable Ai data center clusters we could easily ssh in, or utilize robotic repairs, and in rare instance human repairs. Unless you're talking about something else then probably he's wrong but that's why I'm asking you to elaborate.
