No. You have attempted to change the debate. She's talking about immigration. Immigration is the action of coming to live permanently. Freedom of movement is the right of a citizen to travel within a state, and to leave and return to that state. These are totally different concepts and you're attempting to conflate them. Your point has not and does not stand.

Freedom of movement is the right of all humans to go anywhere they please. Why are you trying to put restrictions on liberty? Also you have to physically move somewhere first to set up residence there. I'm not conflating them I'm associating them because they are very much related.
