WHY ARE YOU SAD?
Whatever you think about yourself or believe about yourself is not necessarily true. You may be biased and in a exhausted emotional state, so you try to paint your image in a negative light.
You are not undisciplined, dumb, or lazy. You are just sad right now and behaving in some way.
Analyze your life. Recall all the instances when you used your positive side and achieved what you wanted. You have done it. There were times when you were strong, resilient, and intelligent. And now, because you feel sad, you believe that you are a loser.
A car with deflated tires does not become a bad car. It just needs some service.
You are not what you believe you are or what you think you are. You are what you choose to be.
So be honest with yourself. Think about who you want to be and analyze it. You can do it.
