Onstar was GM in i think 2006 or later, didn't make its way to other vehicles till a bit later. And no, AM/FM when it works. TPMS was more of a German car think in the early 00s not US domestically till a bit later. Also early models used really basic RF.

Ford was pretty dumb until about their 2008 body styles. Even mustangs only had AM/FM until at least 2007, with the high-end systems only having 3.5mm optionally. Now Lincoln might have had something fancier as part of the entertainment system, Im very familiar with their drive-train controls from 80s-2007.
