Thank you! And-- Go you!!! I'm finally feeling accomplished in making bread. My first ones I was making a little over a year ago just didn't seem as good as these now. I've had a change in location/oven, certainly more patience now than I first had, and I think this is a stronger starter than I had before too!! Did you order starter or are you catching wild yeast? We got ours from a friend and I feed it like it's one of my house plants 😜
