Working for me on Primal.

It seems like some people are getting audio and some aren't. I can't hear a thing

If you encoded your videos with h264 video and AAC audio in an MP4 container they will work for everyone. It would also help people on mobile connections, this 2:38 video is 350MB. Some of the full length movies I post are less than 600MB.

For most stuff even 1080 is overkill. It's being watched predominately on 6" screens.

Limit the bitrate to 600-1,000 kbit/sec

It's not about the resolution... It's about the bitrate if you want smaller size and quicker loading over slow networks.
