I did 75-hard a few years ago, 75 days of activities including diet and 2 work outs a day etc. continued the gym for 90 days before lockdowns.
Another time I did 100 days in the gym in a row - the transformation doesn’t really hit until after day 65 for both times.
Works the opposite as well, with laziness and procrastination
