It's wild to think #spotify even continues to exist with how fucking awful the service is both to the artist and the end user.
It's hard to get my head around why any of the web2 platforms, where you are the product, continue to exist when there are well built out #nostr clients that smoke them outright.
It's been a strange experience completely switching from FB to @Nostria and other clients.
Also changing my browser to Brave. I didn't realize the crushing weight of online existence when you are the rat in a maze built and designed to keep you unaware and trapped by adverts, content and all the other ways you are steered down a dark alley and robbed of any chance of finding literally anything novel... all while giving away your ownership of... You.
I feel a relief from something I didn't even know I needed relief from. Even just having a broswer actually work at speed was crazy to me at first.
Then the rabbit holes available being endless, random, wild, bazaar and even at times unsettling is damned refreshing.
I guess we are still waiting to see the first "mainstream" artist to drop the norm and release on #wavlake or #foundation
Imagine what would happen if someone like Russel Brand released a podcast on Foundation? (Maybe they have, I honestly don't know but it seems unlikely.
Seeing the explosion of open source last year and now doubling down this year is incredible.
Thanks for the news bruv.
