I am shopping right now haha. I have to get better prepared, we live pretty rural so it’s up to us. Luckily my dad had this one from a scratch and dent sale. Got it running on propane which is pretty sweet. Had it going just in time to save the meat freezer πŸ™πŸ»

I started pressure canning meat and fish as well. It’s nice to have part of your meat stash that is shelf stable in a grid down situation.
