LND logs all transactions forever by default (most people run their node on big-tech providers); it's funded by PayPal mafia; and they refuse to implement Bolt 12. Many of the improvements of Bolt12 on Bolt11 are related to privacy. But again, it depends how you use it, and depends on ur individual threat model.
