I think it has been but I'm a poor salesperson for the idea right now since my last update that added mobile support also broke some things and positioning for the GIF uploader is apparently one of them. There's already a decent number of gifs posted and with each time someone uploads one that doesn't exist here; it only makes coverage keep growing.
