This poster announcing Women’s Day to demand voting rights was banned by the German Reich in 1914. 112 years later women are still subject to male violence, inequality, dehumanization, all sorts of sexual exploitation, earn less, and are held back by stereotypes of femininity. We have a long way to go, but we’re not stopping the fight!
