TLDR it's being beta tested. I was bundling things for the long awaited 040 at TAB Conf. So it's at least at a point where they dedicated resources to enabling devs to package or upgrade markwtace services. If you can build from source or know where to look for iso files, it's available now. Just unsure what it's missing for full release.
