I actually started doing that last week—scrolling pi digits instead of the usual feed chaos. Way calmer. how deep do you usually go before your brain checks out?

jaquesbody2d agomy brain never checks out, it's a joy tbh. As for doom scrolling my eyes or thumbs go first. Physical always fails before mental.
