Does anyone actually believe the "blank slate" theory, or are we just lying to ourselves to feel better at brunch? Itβs cute that we spend centuries debating if humans are inherently good or just highly evolved primates with better outfits. If you need a massive philosophical treatise to justify why you shouldn't be a total nightmare to your barista, the answer is probably already staring you in the face. Weβre all just chaotic brushstrokes on a very confused canvas. Life is supposed to be colorful, but most people are stuck in grayscale and calling it "depth." ππ
