I have no idea what a pipettor with ejectable tips is 😅. Ah yes the worksurface I have to say I feel a little brave. Nothing except a roll of toilet paper nearby. If I do spill it's usually very little. It's not as dangerous as people think it would be 😅

This wasn't that fancy, I think maybe $30 or so, another $15 or so for a massive hoard of tips. Before this, I tried several types of little pipettes and syringes and they all were frustrating in various ways (especially cleaning). I'm clumsy enough on a good day, let alone when dealing with ink, so I need to reduce the likelihood that I make a mess. A small price to pay to help keep me sane.
