Need cheap energy to encourage investment in their industrial base. They’ve made the wrong decisions on their energy infrastructure and it’s going to take them a decade to dig their way out of the mess. Unfortunately they have fucked things up for their whole population. I can’t stand these people - there needs to be real consequences for this level of failure.
