💯, I did it on my phone 👍 In photos, go to lighting. Increase the black point level (a lot, I did this at max, get those blacks 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸), and bump the white point a little (I did about +10). Gets a nice black sky and sparkly stars.

A little saturation bump could fix that. Bumping the white washed out some colors.
