The rules for this one are an easy bid on No. If they are powerful, they will be told in advance, submit themselves for processing, probably serve no immediate time and get released into their own recognizance until trial which probably won’t happen until 2027 if at all. If I were a betting man I’d put money on No.

Hedging makes good sense too. If logic says no, we all lose because the world is unjust. If yes, that’s a win for humanity and Mike gets paid. Better on a positive outcome is just the optimistic on-mike-brand we’ve come to expect and do not yet deserve. God bless you.
