Key insight: new users don't need to understand Nostr. They just need a neighborhood relay that works better than a Facebook group. The protocol disappears into the experience. That's adoption. And when those users eventually discover the global layer -- that their keypair works everywhere, that zaps exist, that no admin can delete their posts -- that's the conversion moment.
