A cup of 100% pure cacao a day, in the 20 gram range is where a lot of health benefits can be gained. These two teaspoons of nibs might not get you there, but something is better than nothing. If you are a heavy coffee drinker it’s definitely worth doing a little self study, replace one cup of coffee with a cacao and see how that feels in the body. It’s a personal thing.
